Eat & play

The meals are caribbean in style and prepared with immense love & care by the housemaids Joan and Dorphia .
The only effort is to decide what to order that particular day and where would you like to have it served : upstairs on your private terrace for an intimate dinner, on the terrace on top of the house , on the main outdoor table under the thatch , choices are almost unlimited...
Every dinner should be an excuse for a celebration , after all this is your beautiful villa during your stay and you are welcome to entertain your newly met friends .
The main housemaid , the lovely Joan , is an excellent cook and expert on local Jamaican delicacies , try something different everyday , explore the range of local dishes , fresh tropical fruit and vegetables sourced locally.
There is also an internal dining room ,that is not often used , as most guest like to have their meals 'al fresco' on the large table outdoor , sitting around twelve or more and shaded by a beautiful thatch roof for your comfort.
Do not forget to take advantage of the barbecue , Regan , your handy caretaker , Joan son, will be happy to operate it and to help you source for you the freshest lobsters (when in season) or local snappers just caught that day to grill.
The Treasure Beach area is also getting known for organic farming .Great salads and fresh organic vegetables and fruits are available straight from the farmers, just ask Joan for a delivery : we strongly recommend the local arugola salad and the juiciest organic tomatoes from farmer Doll.
Please make sure to contact us ahead of your stay with your choice of food and drinks and the villa will be fully stocked for you prior your arrival , the housemaids and the caretaker will take care of the rest.
Your outdoor living room is equipped with yamaha outdoor speakers connected to a latest generation internet streaming stereo with cd ipod/iphone dock to make sure that you can dance to some good Jamaican reggae tunes.
